Outside the Box – Nicole Kelly
Last week at summer camp, RSI teachers took their class outside for a fun lesson in life science. Campers adventured around campus on a small nature walk. Our preschoolers explored different outdoor areas throughout campus looking for places to spot birds or other animals they have been learning about in their language classes. Although they did not see any exotic birds around campus, they did see a few beautiful butterflies! Our little explorers used their handmade binoculars to get a better glimpse of the butterflies and also used the binoculars to focus on other insects while on their walk.
