Outside the Box – Nicole Kelly
RSI students celebrate Earth Day by taking time to reflect on why it is important to take care of our planet. Students discuss making conscious efforts to use less and reuse and recycle more. Students spent time in the garden, took a nature-walk and discussed plants and animals, and took time out of their day to pick up trash around campus. Students also took turns talking about what they can do outside the classroom and in their own community to help keep our planet clean. “We have to take care of our planet, it’s the only one we have!” – Chloe (L10)
