Renascence School summer camp is in full swing!
Outside the Box – Christy Johnson
The Renascence School International summer camp is in full swing! The summer program is a unique opportunity for children to expand their minds while having fun and spending time with friends. It is a multilingual immersion program where children learn advanced academics in Chinese and English, and also take Spanish. They spend time learning songs, poems, and other cultural activities from all three cultures, and the learning doesn’t stop there! There are fine arts, music, and science classes. The sports camp has been fun for the students as they work on building their athletic skills with their friends. Some students who plan to join our school in the fall, spend the summer months working hard on becoming familiar with our curriculum. The preparation work they have done will sure pay off in the fall school year. The Arts & Science; Sunshine & Smiles summer program has a second session right around the corner, beginning on August 5 and ending on August 30. For more information, take a look at the summer calendar as well as the registration information, or call the school office (714-783-7070).
