RSI – Taking time out to celebrate grandparents and veterans!

The Renascence School International likes to set aside a special day each year for grandparents! On Veteran’s Day each year, we invite grandparents to school and not only pay tribute to honor our veteran’s but also to honor grandparents on this memorable day. There were pastries and coffee in the picnic area, after refreshments, students spent time at the book fair. There were special performances by the students in the assembly, and some of the classes had in-class activities for the students and grandparents to work on together!
Such a sweet idea to have grandparents with the students photographed. I wonder how many ended up framing their picture or posting it on social media?!! So sweet.
