A highly skilled, relationship driven, passionate and fun staff
All RSI faculty members go through a detailed credentialing process that includes alignment to our mission, vision and values, classroom training and subject matter testing. They are not only experts in their areas, but are masterful at making learning fun for the students. This is primary at RSI. Equally as important, they walk alongside students in times of need and trouble to help build their leadership skills as well as social and emotional strength. Fair, but firm is standard practice here because we care about each student as an individual and are dedicated to the success and potential of every child.

Sage Carmona

Sage Carmona
With a BFA in Entertainment Arts and Animation from California State University, Fullerton, I’ve spent years honing my skills as an artist and teacher. I’m passionate about helping students discover their creativity and express themselves through art, whether it’s through drawing, painting, or digital media.
In the classroom, I strive to make every lesson exciting, hands-on, and full of inspiration. Art is not just about technique—it’s about discovering new ways to see the world and expressing yourself without limits. When I’m not teaching, you can find me sketching, animating, or looking for new ways to bring creativity to life.
A fun fact? I’m also a firm believer that the best art supplies are a little imagination and a lot of paint!
